Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development and launch of Eon’s AI-driven workflows aimed at enhancing early detection, diagnosis, and patient outcomes.

• Define product features, prioritize functionalities, and implement AI tools across various Eon platform interfaces.

• Assess clinical requirements, create effective solutions, and balance customer expectations with technical viability.

• Contribute to product strategy and pinpoint market opportunities.

• Establish the product roadmap in accordance with business goals.

• Manage significant product initiatives from initial discovery to final delivery.

• Collaborate with engineering, data science, customer success, implementation, and commercial teams.

• Engage with users to uncover challenges and validate solutions for clinical workflow issues.

• Shape product vision and roadmap driven by customer needs, market prospects, and strategic objectives.

• Partner with both internal and external stakeholders, including AI specialists and healthcare professionals, to outline product direction and establish a feedback ecosystem.

• Draft business and functional requirements to support development, delivery, and post-launch enhancement.

• Prioritize features while balancing performance, feasibility, and business impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

• Over 5 years of experience in product management.

• Strong research and analytical abilities.

• Profound understanding of customer needs and the capacity to advocate for the customer in detailed design team discussions.

• Established knowledge of clinical workflows, Electronic Health Records (EHRs/EMRs), and medical terminology or healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).

• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field.

• Preferred: Specialized knowledge in radiology and diagnostic pathways.

• Preferred: Experience in building or integrating AI/Machine Learning models, predictive analytics, EMR integrations, or clinical decision support tools.
