• Platform knowledge: Strong foundation in platform products, focusing on backend logic and API-driven integrations (experience with DMS or other complex systems is advantageous).

• Strategic independence: Proven ability to lead product discovery autonomously, identify high-impact opportunities, and define product developments from the ground up.

• Technical collaboration: Significant experience working closely with engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility and ensure successful implementation of features.

• Data-informed decision making: Skilled in analyzing intricate datasets to validate hypotheses, prioritize requests, and guide strategic product choices.

• Stakeholder engagement: Exceptional communication and influencing abilities, capable of bridging technical teams and global business stakeholders.

• Language proficiency: Advanced/Fluent English is essential for daily collaboration with international teams.

• Agile knowledge: Strong understanding of contemporary product management tools and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
