Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gain insights into business objectives, user challenges, and product possibilities

• Influence product direction as requirements, priorities, or product vision shift

• Develop and manage product backlogs, user stories, business rules, and feature specifications

• Work alongside delivery managers, designers, and engineers to establish valuable, feasible, and user-friendly solutions

• Ensure alignment among clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders

• Engage in product discovery, roadmap discussions, prioritization, and go-to-market strategies

• Participate in product ceremonies to help guide product evolution in the appropriate direction

• Manage strategic, discovery-oriented, execution-focused, and delivery-focused project work across various industries and client scenarios

• Quickly transition between consulting-style projects and client engagements

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing digital products across web and mobile platforms

• Comfort in navigating uncertainty, shifting priorities, and rapidly-changing product environments

• Capability to balance business objectives, user requirements, technical limitations, and delivery realities

• Proficiency in English at an advanced level for calls, discussions, and asynchronous communication

• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in product, engineering, design, and delivery

• Ability to adapt to consulting-style settings and rapidly switch contexts across various projects and industries

• Regular utilization of AI tools in daily workflows for organization, discovery, documentation, research, prioritization, or workflow enhancement

• Valid business registration in the candidate’s country, such as CNPJ, VAT, EIN, or equivalent

• Bank account capable of receiving payments in USD

• Ability to issue invoices as required

• Previous experience in consulting/service environments, enterprise products, or with US-based clients is a significant advantage
