This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Formulate regional category strategies aligned with Blue Bottle's global approach, spearhead successful new product introductions, and enhance commercial performance in the U.S. market.
• Facilitate cross-functional project execution and promote ongoing process enhancements throughout the organization.
• Oversee product positioning and commercialization, encompassing product concepts, value propositions, differentiators, target audiences, and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from launch and optimization to expansion, evolution, and phase-out.
• Leverage consumer, market, and competitive insights to pinpoint opportunities and refine product strategies.
• Direct strategic cross-functional initiatives that align with key business objectives and support long-term growth.
• Coordinate efforts among Product Development, Brand Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, global teams, and business partners.
• Tailor global strategies for the U.S. market and communicate insights, performance metrics, and opportunities to global teams.
• Over 7 years of experience in product management, product marketing, category management, brand marketing, or commercial strategy.
• Background in premium consumer, hospitality, retail, or food and beverage sectors.
• Proven experience in leading products or category initiatives from concept through commercialization and lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated capacity to lead intricate cross-functional initiatives involving Product Development, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Strong business acumen, utilizing consumer insights, business performance, and market trends to inform decision-making.
• Experience collaborating with global organizations while customizing strategies for local market success.
• Exceptional project management abilities with a talent for managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Superior communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• A collaborative leadership approach, outstanding organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
• A genuine passion for exceptional coffee, hospitality, and crafting products and experiences that resonate with people.
• Employees must reside within 50 miles of the San Francisco Bay Area.
