Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product development life cycle from initial discovery to final launch.

• Perform market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to extract valuable business insights.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to swiftly create top-tier products.

• Establish essential product metrics and performance indicators to evaluate product success.

• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and utilize data-driven decisions to enhance resource allocation and maximize product impact.

• Engage thoroughly with customers to grasp buyer and user needs and identify pain points.

• Work alongside marketing and sales teams on field enablement and go-to-market strategies.

• Partner with stakeholders to refine and enhance product execution processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product management within a high-growth B2B SaaS startup.

• Proven ability to own product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery with measurable business outcomes.

• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Capacity to convert complex concepts into actionable product plans.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

• Strong background in user research, usability testing, and data analysis.

• Analytical and data-driven mindset for identifying, defining, and prioritizing problems, opportunities, and solutions.

• Demonstrated capability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.

• Highly organized and detail-focused with experience in project management.
