Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the Squad, ensuring effective communication and expectation management.

• Create and sustain product roadmaps by incorporating client feedback, market trends, and data-driven insights.

• Draft technical specifications for developers and maintain comprehensive internal documentation of product releases.

• Supervise the complete product development lifecycle from idea generation to launch.

• Evaluate product performance metrics to foster continuous improvements and enhance product-market fit.

• Assist with technical tickets and manually conduct quality assurance on recent releases.

• Investigate customer issues and seek innovative solutions.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to identify and deliver market solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of practical experience as a Product Manager.

• Demonstrated success in guiding a product from concept to delivery/deployment while leading a skilled technical team.

• Strong sense of UI/UX design principles.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding deadlines while ensuring exceptional quality and adherence to customer specifications.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• High attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, and effective time management.

• Ability to operate at a granular level while keeping the broader objectives in mind.

• Experience managing a remote and diverse product development/design team.

• A passion for excellence, curiosity, and a willingness to share knowledge with the team.

• A degree is not mandatory.

• Candidates must be located within the US, Mexico, Canada, or South America and available to work in the PST time zone or a similar time zone.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States, Canada, or Mexico is required as part of the application process.
