This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes for products in collaboration with customers and Product Owners.

• Guide cross-functional teams through discovery phases, planning, delivery, and ongoing improvements.

• Create and uphold product briefs, roadmaps, and strategic documentation.

• Convert customer requirements, mission goals, and technical limitations into prioritized product plans and execution strategies.

• Manage roadmap planning, backlog enhancements, prioritization, and tradeoff decisions.

• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, release planning, deployment methods, and operational excellence.

• Optimize delivery processes, minimize operational hurdles, and enhance product reliability.

• Foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to influence decisions and meet program goals.

• Champion user-centered design, Lean product methodologies, and iterative delivery practices.

• Eliminate delivery obstacles and ensure Engineering, UX, Business Analysis, and DevOps are on track for timely delivery.

• Establish scalable onboarding processes and documentation for product owners, producers, consumers, and platform partners.

• Enhance platform usage through strategic partnerships across customer organizations.

• Refine onboarding experiences to promote self-service adoption of platform functionalities.

• Manage and advance platform or API-driven products, integrations, and shared services.

• Define product functionalities, APIs, integrations, and platform services in collaboration with technical teams.

• Mentor junior Product Managers and enhance product management methodologies.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree and over 7 years of experience in Product Management.

• Relevant years of experience may be considered as a substitute for educational qualifications.

• At least 1 year of experience leading cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX, Business Analysis, and DevOps.

• Proficient in developing product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and prioritizing tasks based on customer value and business goals.

• Skilled in identifying and resolving delivery obstacles and guiding products from conception to release.

• Experience in Agile product development settings using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar methodologies.

• Proven experience partnering with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, release planning, deployment strategies, and contemporary software delivery practices.

• Experience in managing platform products, API products, enterprise integrations, or shared services.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Must be able to successfully acquire and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

• Preferred: Certifications such as CSPO, Certified Product Manager (CPM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or other relevant Agile credentials.

• Preferred: Over 3 years of experience leading extensive cross-functional product initiatives in complex enterprise or federal settings.

• Preferred: Experience in developing strategic partnerships that enhance product or platform adoption.

• Preferred: Experience in managing platform or API products that support multiple applications, teams, or enterprise services.

• Preferred: Experience in defining API capabilities, integrations, and platform strategies.

• Preferred: Experience in creating scalable onboarding models, documentation, and self-service functionalities.

• Preferred: Familiarity with cloud-native platforms, microservices architectures, or enterprise integration patterns.

• Preferred: Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs or other Federal Civilian agencies.
