Principal Product Manager, Mobile – UI Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the mobile product vision, roadmap, and launch — transforming strategy into a structured, deliverable plan that enhances where and when PandaDoc is utilized.

• Manage the product trajectory for our design system, frontend framework, and shared navigation patterns.

• Foster alignment between mobile and the foundational elements to ensure PandaDoc delivers a cohesive experience across all platforms.

• Determine how these foundations will progress to support both human developers and the AI tools that increasingly assist them.

• Establish governance standards for how teams prototype and deploy on shared infrastructure as the pace of work accelerates.

• Advocate for foundational investments — clarifying their benefits and what may falter without them.

• Collaborate with engineering leads on making design trade-offs in system architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, including a minimum of 2 years at the Staff or Principal level.

• Proven track record of launching mobile products that have had a measurable impact on retention or engagement — this is central to the role.

• Experience owning a platform or shared-systems product with internal stakeholders — or sufficient partnership experience to take ownership.

• Strong technical understanding — capable of engaging meaningfully with engineers on system design without being one.

• Ability to work cross-functionally without direct authority.

• Clear and direct communicator who simplifies complexity while maintaining accuracy.

• Proficient in utilizing AI for development — including prototypes, workflow automation, and task-specific tools — beyond just text generation.

• Essential qualifications include:

• Experience delivering a mobile product with significant business impact, managed from start to finish.

• Operates at a Principal level: sets strategy for large, complex issues and drives execution across teams.

• Familiarity with platform or shared-systems work — adequate to confidently take ownership.

• Minimum of 7 years in SaaS product management.
