Senior Product Manager – AI, Healthcare Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct AI projects throughout the organization.

• Perform comprehensive opportunity assessments for both new and existing AI projects, focusing on business case formulation and feasibility analysis.

• Propel the growth of a primary product area, enhancing expansion across various business lines and specialties, while supporting emerging use cases.

• Convert essential business insights, data science findings, and model results into scalable product functionalities.

• Work in collaboration with data science teams to define proof-of-concepts (POCs).

• Assess the effectiveness of AI projects at the POC stage gate.

• Foster alignment among engineering, data science, clinical, and operational stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.

• Establish, track, and respond to key performance indicators to gauge business impact, prioritize initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.

• Present findings and insights to executive leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in product management, data science, or roles related to AI, ideally within the healthcare, insurance, or operational technology sectors.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a relevant discipline.

• Proven capability to manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain strong scope and value, and ensure timely delivery.

• Proficient in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively translating AI capabilities into business outcomes.

• Experience with data-driven decision-making, including the development of business cases and opportunity assessments.

• Knowledge of clinical workflows, payer operations, or AI applications in healthcare is advantageous.

• Familiarity with AI/ML techniques, data science methods, and cloud-based AI solutions is a plus.
