Senior Product Manager – AI-First Developer Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and define the product strategy and portfolio that enhances an AI-first developer experience.

• Identify and thoroughly comprehend the needs of both internal engineering teams and external customers, along with conducting market research.

• Effectively convey the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-first developer workflows.

• Utilize a data-driven methodology, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative insights.

• Manage efficiently through Objectives and Key Results, alongside key indicators of product health.

• Take ownership of the portfolio's operations, including adjusting roadmaps based on real-time feedback.

• Create a scalable developer enablement cycle by gathering best practices from early adopters.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members by setting a strong example.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product management focused on building custom software.

• More than 1 year of experience in inspiring, managing, and coaching Product Owners as direct reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design, or equivalent practical experience.
