Developer Relations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategy, implementation, and results for Roblox developer growth initiatives in the India region.

• Engage directly with publishers, developers, emerging studios, and industry collaborators throughout India.

• Act as a strategic ally to developers and represent Roblox at industry conferences and events.

• Work collaboratively across various functions including Product, Marketing, Creator, and International teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A total of 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 6+ years focused on technical project management.

• Proven experience in launching a technical product in global markets.

• Familiarity with Roblox Studio or another game development engine, such as Unity or Unreal.

• Strong ability to communicate proactively with all key stakeholders.
