This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Act as a reliable technical advisor and champion for the manufacturing and industrial developer ecosystem throughout EMEA, collaborating closely with software developers, ISVs, startups, OEMs, and system integrators.
• Enhance the adoption of NVIDIA technologies by showcasing comprehensive solutions for manufacturing tasks including robotics, digital twins, simulation, computer vision, quality inspection, predictive maintenance, and industrial AI.
• Create and deliver technical enablement materials such as sample code, reference architectures, demonstrations, workshops, and best-practice guides specifically designed for manufacturing and industrial scenarios.
• Assist partners and developers with onboarding, integration, and optimization of NVIDIA platforms and programs, promoting co-innovation and achieving early technical success.
• Engage extensively with partner engineering teams and technical leaders to understand their needs, address complex technical issues, and advocate for scalable, production-ready implementations.
• Map, monitor, and analyze the manufacturing developer ecosystem to pinpoint gaps, opportunities, and emerging trends that guide NVIDIA’s adoption and engagement strategies.
• Work collaboratively across various functions including engineering, product management, solution architects, marketing, and sales to align developer insights with product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
• Serve as the representative voice of manufacturing developers within the organization, offering structured feedback from field engagements to enhance platform capabilities, tooling, and documentation.
• Contribute to marketing and ecosystem initiatives by showcasing customer and partner success stories, aiding in the creation of technical content, events, launches, and industry forums.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• More than 8 years of experience in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, or solution architecture, with a minimum of 5 years concentrated on industrial or manufacturing ecosystems.
• Strong technical knowledge of AI/ML applications in manufacturing, including robotics, simulation, digital twins, industrial vision, or data-driven automation.
• Familiarity with industrial software ecosystems, encompassing ISVs, platforms, and solution stacks utilized in manufacturing settings.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical interactions and collaborate across engineering, product, marketing, and partner organizations.
• Excellent communication abilities, capable of conveying complex technical ideas to audiences ranging from hands-on developers to technical executives.
• A deep passion for developer advocacy, ecosystem development, and thriving in dynamic, highly collaborative environments.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; additional European languages are advantageous.
