This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee and direct strategic Developer Relations and ecosystem initiatives within open source, cloud-native, and developer communities.
• Foster and sustain partnerships with developers, communities, technology partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Propel cross-functional projects that involve Developer Relations, Marketing, Technical, Community, Product, and Events teams.
• Oversee the complete execution of programs, including planning, onboarding, activation, communications, and reporting.
• Organize content, campaigns, technical initiatives, community programs, and partner activations to enhance developer engagement.
• Create scalable operational processes, workflows, documentation, and reporting systems to ensure program success.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, program health metrics, timelines, and stakeholder outcomes across various initiatives.
• Represent Vultr at conferences, community gatherings, ecosystem initiatives, and partner interactions.
• Proven program management and Developer Relations expertise within technology, cloud, SaaS, or developer-centric organizations.
• Experience in managing cross-functional programs, partnerships, community initiatives, or ecosystem projects.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic, high-growth settings.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams, developer communities, or open source ecosystems.
• Strong operational mindset with a background in developing scalable processes and execution frameworks.
• Data-driven approach to evaluating program performance, engagement, and business impact.
• Self-starter, collaborative, and adaptable with a passion for developer ecosystems and community-driven growth.
• Candidates with 3-4 years of relevant experience are preferred.
