📋 Description

• Oversee the product development for Lark's AI Coaching experience

• Manage the roadmap for AI Coaching initiatives

• Establish trust by designing safety measures and integrating human oversight

• Implement a precise measurement strategy

• Collaborate closely with the App and Enrollment teams

• Strong product insight and judgment

• Practical experience in delivering AI or LLM-driven features

• Robust analytical skills and a knack for experimentation
