Senior Product Manager – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and lead the strategy for AI-driven solutions in collaboration with leadership.

• Evaluate new product concepts and enhancements.

• Take ownership of and manage the product backlog.

• Develop comprehensive product specifications and acceptance criteria.

• Work closely with engineering and design teams from sprint planning through to release management.

• Coordinate priorities among product, engineering, design, and QA teams.

• Conduct backlog refinement to enhance, prioritize, and define upcoming tasks.

• Oversee delivery pipelines and address blockers, risks, and dependencies.

• Gather feedback from stakeholders and customers within the organization.

• Analyze customer insights, usage metrics, and other data for product enhancements.

• Document and relay product capabilities and timelines to product marketing and sales enablement teams.

• Remain informed about advancements in AI technologies and trends in the legal industry.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, legal technology, and/or product management.

• Technical expertise and a readiness to learn in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

• Capability to utilize both qualitative and quantitative data for decision-making and product prioritization.

• A metrics-focused approach with robust analytical and synthesis skills.

• Practical experience with Scrum or other product development methodologies.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

• Significant experience in backlog management and familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
