Senior Product Manager, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision, roadmap, and the entire lifecycle from discovery to launch.

• Develop specifications tailored for both human users and AI agents.

• Assess and implement AI coding and agentic tools directly to enhance delivery speed.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and serve as the main product owner for clients.

• Oversee scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple concurrent projects.

• Collaborate with engineering, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams.

• Track risks and ensure delivery quality.

• Manage comprehensive client communications throughout the process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management.

• Proficient in budgeting, risk management, and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

• Practical experience with agentic AI, RAG, and LLM-based development tools.

• Understanding of spec-driven development and how it differs from vibe-coding.

• Demonstrated experience working with distributed or outsourced teams.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Background in SaaS, B2B, or enterprise software products.

• Excellent communication skills, specifically with C-level stakeholders.

• Proficient in English at a C1 level.
