This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Take charge of the roadmap and vision for the Agreement Data Platform.
• Ensure alignment between customer and operator needs with the company's priorities.
• Specify entities, attributes, and relationships for union agreements, signatories, job classifications, wage tables, scale rates, and agreement rules.
• Determine which data is universal and which is specific to agreements.
• Invest in administrative tooling, validation, and self-service features.
• Empower Contract Administrators to establish and manage agreements without requiring engineering tickets.
• Define clear APIs and data-service contracts.
• Identify model changes early to allow dependent teams to develop without unexpected issues.
• Collaborate with engineering on the transition from the legacy job-classification model.
• Support initiatives for Lookup Service extraction and rule explainability.
• Work alongside teams involved in worker hiring and onboarding, project setup, payroll calculations, contributions, timecards, reporting, client operations, and labor relations.
• Establish success metrics and utilize data-driven insights to prioritize tasks and assess impact.
• Advocate for precision, compliance, and traceability in payroll calculations.
• Lead execution from discovery to launch with reliable delivery.
• Utilize AI tools daily for discovery, analysis, writing, code comprehension, and prototyping.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management within a SaaS, fintech, or similarly intricate technical environment.
• Significant experience managing platform, infrastructure, or data-platform products.
• Strong technical knowledge, including data models, service boundaries, integrations, and data flows.
• Demonstrated ability to define and implement product strategies with measurable results.
• Capability to independently take an idea from concept to launch.
• Regular, daily use of AI tools, including LLMs, AI-assisted coding tools, and AI workflows.
• Experience managing products with extensive cross-team impact.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to create clear, structured, decision-oriented specifications and data contracts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities along with comfort in ambiguous situations.
• Quick adaptability to become a subject-matter expert in a complex domain.
• Proficiency in leveraging SQL, Pendo, Omni, or Snowflake to derive insights and inform decisions.
• Action-oriented mindset with a focus on compliance and quality.
• Experience in payroll, fintech, or the entertainment industry is advantageous.
• Familiarity with data models, rules engines, configuration platforms, or internal operator tools is a plus.
• Experience in creating admin panels or self-service configuration interfaces is beneficial.
• Background in extracting services or enforcing interface boundaries is a plus.
• Experience in developing prototypes, internal tools, or workflows using LLMs, MCPs, or AI-assisted development tools is an asset.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada or the United States is required.
