Senior Product Manager – Agentic IA, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop the vision and roadmaps for agentic AI projects that enhance clinical operations.

• Oversee several early-stage investments simultaneously, facilitating quick experimentation and scaling decisions.

• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to pinpoint high-value use cases and promote adoption.

• Convert business and user requirements into well-defined product specifications and delivery priorities.

• Work closely with AI and engineering teams within an agile and highly collaborative framework.

• Establish and monitor OKRs/KPIs related to trial speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

• Direct the strategy and implementation of early-stage AI-native projects that incorporate Generative and Agentic AI into clinical trial workflows.

• Assess, prioritize, and advance initiatives from rapid prototypes to comprehensive solutions.

• Guide cross-functional projects from conception through to delivery.

• Cultivate new product opportunities and strategies in uncertain environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a complex, fast-paced setting.

• Strong product judgment and the capability to operate with minimal information.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and data/AI teams.

• Technical proficiency in AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, retrieval systems, agent architectures, evaluation methods, and human-in-the-loop processes.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects from concept to delivery.

• Experience in defining product strategy and cultivating new product opportunities in uncertain environments.

• Background in clinical development, healthcare, or regulated industries is a plus.

• Experience in leading platform products or shared capabilities is an advantage.

• Experience in redesigning operational workflows or business processes is an asset.

• Familiarity with modern AI product development environments and agile delivery frameworks is beneficial.

• Hands-on experience with Generative or Agentic AI is an advantage.

• Knowledge of agent architectures and AI orchestration patterns is a plus.

• Experience with cloud-native AI platforms like Azure, AWS, or Snowflake is advantageous.
