
Senior Product Manager, Ads – Shopping Catalogs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of Catalogs and the Applied Product Knowledge Graph (PKG) as a comprehensive platform that links Reddit’s paid and organic Shopping surfaces.
• Streamline advertiser onboarding by enhancing error handling, automating feed issue resolution, matching product ID/item-group ID, and implementing URL-to-catalog automation.
• Lay the groundwork for a Reddit Merchant Center.
• Propel LLM-based catalog enrichment, catalog-driven ad overlays, and Catalog Insights.
• Outline the 1–3 year strategy and roadmap for Catalogs and Applied PKG across four key pillars.
• Unlock advertiser demand through Limitless Catalogs, regional EMEA metadata, and integration with Shopify.
• Collaborate with Ads Content Understanding to link ad catalogs, the Product Knowledge Graph, and organic product mentions.
• Define and oversee metrics such as catalog-driven ROAS, PKG product-view coverage, onboarding time, and revenue unlocked.
• Develop dashboards and establish a goal-setting rhythm.
• Represent Catalogs and Applied PKG during leadership reviews, working teams, and executive presentations.
• Engage with PMs, engineers, sales, and senior leadership.
• Deeply partner with Catalogs engineering, Ads Content Understanding, and organic Shopping teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management.
• A minimum of 3 years in AdTech, retail media, marketplaces, or shopping/e-commerce platforms.
• Proficient in product knowledge graphs, product entity resolution, or product taxonomies at scale.
• Comfortable in creating scalable workflows and utilizing AI for data analysis and task automation.
• Demonstrated experience in building AI products, whether professionally or as a personal project.
• Experience in product feed ingestion, catalog management, product knowledge graphs, retail media catalogs, or similar systems.
• Familiarity with product feeds and potential issues in platforms like Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce Manager, Pinterest, or TikTok Shop.
• Capability to scope, launch, operate, and enhance new products while improving existing systems.
• Proven track record in delivering initiatives that span across 3 or more engineering teams, along with PMM, Sales, and Ops.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with executives and build trust with senior engineers.
• Comfortable making decisions based on incomplete information and balancing reasonable risk/reward trade-offs.
• Familiarity with ML concepts is a plus.
• Experience with LLM-driven content understanding or feature engineering is a plus.
• Background in shipping for SMB-via-platform channels such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce is a plus.
• Experience with multi-region catalog/pricing systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of building or operating a Merchant Center, catalog QA tool, or advertiser-facing data console is a plus.
