
Senior Product Manager, Accounting Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +27 more states.
• Establish the vision and roadmap for accounting integrations, ensuring a balance between maintaining existing connectors and swiftly developing new ones.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle, from identifying customer pain points and defining requirements to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on APIs, data mapping, and dependable accounting-system connectors.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), tax compliance, and financial data related to construction-focused ERP systems.
• Minimize synchronization errors and financial discrepancies while ensuring a reliable source of truth.
• Enhance the onboarding speed for new customers.
• Work in partnership with Support to decrease integration-related tickets through effective product design and documentation.
• Engage directly with customers and collaborate with executives across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing departments.
• Utilize middleware and iPaaS solutions to bring new integrations to market, aiming for one new integration each quarter.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, including a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on accounting, ERP, or financial systems.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and finance systems, including Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Vista, Spectrum, and other leading construction ERPs.
• Demonstrated success in launching products quickly and iteratively.
• Ability to effectively and adaptively communicate complex financial synchronization logic to Controllers and technical requirements to engineers.
• Proactive in problem-solving, taking ownership, and demonstrating initiative in adapting to evolving priorities.
• Willingness to travel at least once per quarter, with additional travel as required by business needs.
• Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, or Washington.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; the employer participates in E-Verify.
