• As a **Senior Product Manager** at NineTwoThree, you will spearhead exciting digital product initiatives within a dynamic and technology-driven team, taking the lead on conceptualizing and launching several new client products each year. As the primary liaison, you will effectively act as the client’s Head of Product, rapidly acquiring a deep understanding of their business and the requirements of their end users. You will collaborate closely with clients to translate their vision into a clear, actionable roadmap for their digital web, mobile, or AI product.

• Utilizing that roadmap, you will delineate precise requirements for each significant milestone toward a successful product release. Working cross-functionally with our internal teams—design, project management, engineering, and quality assurance—you will guide products from conception to launch. At NineTwoThree, we operate at a fast pace, and you will work with the team to ensure that projects remain on track and within scope, while also assisting clients in adjusting priorities, aligning expectations, and making necessary trade-offs when challenges arise. You will also engage with multiple clients, enhancing and building your product expertise across various domains, business models, and systems—providing an immense opportunity for professional growth.

• Key Responsibilities

• - Manage 2 to 3 active clients and projects concurrently, ensuring a clear understanding of project status, timelines, and identifying any potential obstacles that require attention.

• - Research the client’s market to grasp industry trends, the competitive landscape, and opportunities for differentiation.

• - Collaborate with the client and additional stakeholders to comprehend their product vision and define requirements for the complete initial product scope.

• - Work directly with product designers to convert client requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs, ensuring seamless integration with the development process.

• - Define user stories and requirements for project managers to implement into tasks and acceptance criteria for development and quality assurance.

• - Lead weekly client meetings to provide updates, discuss project progress, and demonstrate development milestones.

• - Manage client expectations, including facilitating challenging conversations around scope and prioritization to ensure budget and timeline requirements are met.

• - Assist in sales activities by participating in prospect calls and drafting proposals, scoping documents, and timelines.

• - Identify and manage opportunities to up-sell clients on additional product features, marketing services, or ongoing maintenance and support contracts.


⛳️ Requirements

• - 5+ years of experience as a product manager for digital products (SaaS, mobile, web, AI, etc.);

• - Strong experience in relationship management, whether in a client-facing role or with executive-level stakeholders;

• - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers and project teams;

• - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic product development environment;

• - Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and critical-thinking skills;

• - Located in the EST time zone (or adjacent, and able to overlap with the European team at least between 8 am-1 pm Eastern);
