This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a product thought leader for our absence management portfolio, steering the strategy, requirements, prioritization, and roadmap aimed at modernizing the leave experience.

• Take ownership of the product backlog, which includes writing detailed user stories, mitigating risks, effectively prioritizing tasks, and removing obstacles to ensure high delivery velocity.

• Translate market needs into product requirements and achieve alignment with leadership regarding roadmap prioritization and business value.

• Utilize AI for research, requirements gathering, and prototyping; actively seek opportunities to employ AI and automation to minimize operational friction and enhance the customer journey.

• Facilitate workshops and various cross-functional exercises to investigate product opportunities and validate assumptions through rapid experimentation.

• Convey a persuasive product vision and motivate cross-functional teams to unite around it, viewing product features as measurable experiments that focus on outcomes rather than just output.

• Manage the product roadmap for your business unit and collaborate with cross-functional engineering and design teams to execute it effectively.

• Equip customer-facing teams with product knowledge, market strategies, and competitive positioning.

• Interact with customers and provide product thought leadership to support ongoing product development, customer success, and business development efforts.

• Enable high-impact work for yourself and others.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management is required.

• Experience in HR technology, leave/absence management, or digital health is highly preferred.

• Strong technical expertise and proven ability to collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to navigate complex workflows and data systems while developing modern front-end experiences.

• Proven experience in writing detailed user stories, managing backlog health, and delivering results with cross-functional teams.

• An analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving, with a history of defining and measuring success through clear business metrics.

• Familiarity with agile development environments, along with a strong understanding of how to sequence incremental value delivery.

• Ability to propel initiatives forward through influence, a collaborative work style, and the confidence to navigate ambiguity.
