• Attracts, retains, and develops exceptional talent to create a world-class Product Management Team.
• Implements strategies to deliver business value that enhances sales, boosts efficiency, and elevates customer satisfaction through the development of high-quality products.
• Collaborates closely with teams of developers, designers, and business partners.
• Engages in and influences the creation of enterprise technology roadmaps.
• Documents, reviews, and validates processes to ensure compliance with quality and change control standards.
• Supports and cultivates strategic vendor relationships; suggests methods to align vendor influence with domain, portfolio, and enterprise strategic objectives.
• Offers guidance on product design while considering dependencies and integration with other products across the enterprise.
• 6-8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Expertise in functioning as a Product Manager within a modern software development enterprise environment while overseeing multiple products.
• Command of contemporary software development product management practices and agile methodologies, particularly the extreme programming (XP) principles of paired programming, test-driven development, and continuous deployment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence both functional and technical team members at all organizational levels.
• Proficient in working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, modern software design and development team.
• Skilled in creating, prioritizing, and accepting user stories.
• Experienced in conducting user research and testing to identify needs.
• Proficient in defining goals, metrics, and analytics to assess product value.
• Well-versed in conducting competitive research and analysis.
• Capable of mentoring junior team members in Product Management fundamentals within a professional environment.
• Experienced in managing and developing team members in a professional context.
• Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
• Located in a comfortable indoor environment.
