Senior Product Management Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the CTO.

• Define and steer the product roadmap for AI-driven features, AEO/GEO functionalities, and growth initiatives.

• Assess market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to uncover opportunities for growth and innovation.

• Lead the exploration and implementation of state-of-the-art AI technologies to enhance user experiences, automate processes, and stimulate growth.

• Execute product-led sales and growth strategies to boost user acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.

• Utilize AI tools for ideation, product discovery, and validation.

• Oversee and mentor a global team of product managers.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

• Establish and monitor key metrics to evaluate the success of product initiatives and optimize performance.

• Convey product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on growth and strategy, utilizing genuine AI capabilities in recent years.

• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products that significantly enhance user growth and engagement.

• Comprehensive understanding of AI technologies and their implementation in a SaaS context.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for utilizing data to inform decision-making.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing and persuading stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience in leading and managing high-performing product teams.

• Solid understanding of SaaS business models and growth strategies.

• Experience in MarTech is advantageous.

• Familiarity with using AI to facilitate Product Discovery.

• Experience with Vibe-Coding.

• Ability to meet and exemplify Uberall’s Leadership Expectations at the appropriate level.
