Senior Product Engineer – Full-Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product features from inception through implementation, release, and subsequent iterations (covering both frontend and backend).

• Deliver swiftly while learning rapidly: Release products quickly, validate them with users, and iterate based on feedback.

• Focus on customer-centric engineering: Engage directly with users and customers to identify workflow challenges and transform their feedback into product enhancements.

• Execute with a design-first approach: Collaborate closely with Ziar (Designer & Co-Founder) to develop premium and intuitive user experiences.

• Elevate engineering standards: Enhance coding patterns, code quality, developer experience (DX), testing, and observability without hindering shipping speed.

• Operate with a founder's mindset: Make decisive prioritizations, take ownership of outcomes, and contribute to defining what exceptional product engineering means at Bounti.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of product development.

• Experience in backend development.

• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Postgres, and Prisma.

• Experience with mobile products (such as Flutter, React Native, or similar) is advantageous.

• Experience in machine learning is a plus.
