Senior Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You have the autonomy to choose what to create.

• You will utilize an AI design tool to sketch the surface, prototype the logic using Claude Code, and aim to have a functioning version by the end of the day.

• Once the staging build is complete, you will share a Loom video with the founders.

• The project is now live, with real customers actively using it, allowing you to observe the incoming data.

• You will either release the next iteration or begin exploring the next challenge that deserves attention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrable evidence of your work. Real software that you have launched — including repositories, side projects, and products with active users.

• Experience with AI in a production setting. Not just demos, but tangible applications with users who have feedback regarding agents, evaluations, latency, and failures.

• Proficiency in agentic coding. Familiarity with Claude Code, Codex, MCP, and custom harnesses is a plus, especially if you're accustomed to them.

• A good eye for design. You can assess a screen and identify issues.

• Versatile skill set. Comfortable with TypeScript / React on the frontend, and knowledgeable about backend integrations and infrastructure.

• Strong written communication skills. Capable of producing well-structured READMEs, pull requests, and post-mortems.
