This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take responsibility for the development, upkeep, and governance of High-Level Designs (HLDs).
• Establish solution architectures, service strategies, and technical roadmaps.
• Assist Product Owners in defining the future evolution of services and strategic planning.
• Work in conjunction with Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment with both business and technology strategies.
• Provide architectural assurance for new services, projects, and major change initiatives.
• Lead technical assessments, proof of concepts, and innovation initiatives.
• Ensure that solutions comply with security, operational, compliance, and supportability standards.
• Facilitate cross-product design and ensure architectural resilience across Windows, virtual, mobile, and specialized devices.
• Serve as the technical authority for mobility, endpoint management, and modern workplace technologies.
• Engage with customers, partners, and vendors to guide technical direction and promote best-practice adoption.
• Active UK SC Clearance is essential.
• Must be based in the UK and authorized to work there.
• Demonstrated experience in producing and governing enterprise-level solution designs.
• Strong grasp of enterprise architecture principles and design governance.
• Experience functioning within large, complex enterprise environments.
• Capability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Profound understanding of security, compliance, and operational best practices.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Capacity to influence technical strategy across various technology domains.
• Experience collaborating with architecture, engineering, security, and service management teams.
• Solid hands-on and design-level expertise with Microsoft Intune, MDM, MAM, Apple Business Manager, Google Zero Touch, iOS/iPadOS, Android Enterprise, macOS, mobile security, device lifecycle management, enterprise mobility, Mac application packaging, vulnerability remediation, ruggedized devices, and AR/VR technologies.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Autopilot, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Microsoft 365 Endpoint Management and Security, IAM, and enterprise-scale endpoint services.
• Ability to work effectively in a largely remote setting.
• Willingness to travel to customer, partner, and vendor locations as necessary.
• 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC).
