Senior Product Development Manager – Protein Powder Category

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will create innovative product ideas and concepts in collaboration with developers, scientists, and medical professionals.

• You will oversee the entire product development process, from the initial concept to a successful launch and subsequent growth.

• You will prepare detailed and organized product briefings for the design and marketing teams.

• You will be responsible for comprehensive planning, prioritization, and ongoing development of cross-functional projects.

• You will collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless flow of information across all channels (B2C & B2B).

• You will analyze market trends, recognize opportunities, and establish clear unique selling propositions (USPs) for our products in close cooperation with the marketing team.

• You will create and manage label data, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a degree in economics, nutritional science, or a related field.

• You have several years of professional experience in product management, quality management, or project management—preferably within the food or dietary supplement sector.

• You are proficient in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint.

• You enjoy teamwork and communicate in an open, clear, and purposeful manner.

• You are self-motivated, organized, and adopt an agile, dynamic working style.

• You thrive on professional challenges and are committed to continuous personal development.

• You are fluent in both German and English (business fluent).
