Senior Product Designer – UX / UI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the comprehensive design of intricate B2B-SaaS workflows, taking complete responsibility for the user experience, usability, and visual presentation of our product.

• Your objective is to create intuitive, consistent, and effective tools, particularly those that are configuration-heavy.

• You will consistently validate user needs through interviews, usability tests, and prototypes prior to the development phase.

• You will design complex user flows, wireframes, and a scalable information architecture suitable for data-intensive interfaces.

• You will generate high-fidelity mockups and prototypes while actively enhancing our design system.

• You will strategically utilize current AI tools to translate user needs into exceptional user experiences more efficiently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Continuous validation: You will consistently validate user needs through interviews, usability tests, and prototypes before development commences.

• Interaction Design & Systems Thinking: You will design intricate user flows, wireframes, and a scalable information architecture for data-heavy interfaces (such as claims handling, workflow builders, and admin panels).

• Visual Design & Design System: You will create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes while actively refining our design system to ensure absolute consistency, particularly in data-intensive user interfaces (like tables, filters, and forms).

• AI-First Design: You will strategically employ contemporary AI tools (for example, Figma Make and Claude) to swiftly convert user needs into high-quality UX and will maintain an up-to-date toolkit in this fast-evolving domain.

• Domain & Knowledge Building: You will immerse yourself in the insurance sector and continuously enhance our internal knowledge base.

• Handover & Voice of the User: You will provide engineering with detailed specifications (including assets, spacing, edge cases, and states) and consistently advocate for the users' perspective within the organization, focusing on efficiency and error prevention.
