Senior Product Designer – UI/UX, Web & Mobile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete Product Design process, spanning from Discovery to Delivery.

• Organize and execute user research employing both qualitative and quantitative techniques.

• Recognize opportunities for enhancement through data analysis, user behavior assessment, and alignment with business goals.

• Develop user journeys, navigation structures, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces.

• Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to establish solutions.

• Test hypotheses and solutions through usability testing and experimentation.

• Ensure the application and continual development of the Design System, fostering consistency in visual and experiential aspects.

• Actively engage in agile ceremonies and product prioritization activities.

• Utilize metrics, data, and user feedback to support product decision-making.

• Play a role in enhancing the Design culture within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI/UX Designer focused on digital products.

• Demonstrated success in managing comprehensive projects (Discovery, Design, Validation, and Delivery).

• Experience conducting user research, interviews, usability testing, and behavioral evaluations.

• Understanding of Design Thinking, User-Centered Design, and Product Discovery methodologies.

• Proficient in design and prototyping software, such as Figma.

• Experience in crafting wireframes, interactive prototypes, and interfaces for both Web and Mobile platforms.

• Knowledge of Design Systems and best practices in accessibility.

• Ability to analyze metrics and data to guide design choices.

• Strong communication skills and comfort working within multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience in agile settings (Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks) is advantageous.
