Senior Product Designer – Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement comprehensive product design for Accounts & Activation, Monetization, and Permissions.

• Create user experiences for account setup, indexing, workspace management, privacy, roles, activation, and consumption.

• Develop intricate workflows pertaining to billing, paywalls, upgrades, credit reporting, Control Tower, and localization.

• Establish scalable consumption experiences, permission frameworks, and sharing models.

• Utilize systems thinking within complex SaaS and platform ecosystems.

• Address ambiguous challenges, pinpoint opportunities, shape product roadmaps, and mitigate design risks.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders during the entire product development process.

• Employ research, data analysis, prototyping, and systems thinking to validate and enhance solutions.

• Utilize AI-driven design and coded prototypes to investigate and validate product ideas.

• Contribute to a cohesive, scalable product experience across interconnected platform functionalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Product Design.

• Proven experience in designing complex SaaS products or enterprise platforms.

• Strong capability in systems thinking and designing interconnected product experiences.

• Familiarity with enterprise workflows such as account management, activation, monetization, permissions, or billing.

• Experience in Accounts management, Activation, Monetization, Permissions and roles, or Enterprise platform workflows.

• Proficient prototyping skills.

• Advanced knowledge of Figma or similar design tools.

• Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.

• Experience using AI tools and/or coded prototypes in the product design workflow.

• Advanced English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).

• Availability to work remotely with international teams.

• Nice to have: experience in designing AI-driven products or experiences.

• Nice to have: familiarity with Cursor, Claude, or similar AI-assisted development/prototyping tools.

• Nice to have: experience contributing to product strategy and roadmap decisions.

• Nice to have: experience mentoring or supporting fellow designers.

• Nice to have: experience designing products with intricate permissions, sharing, billing, consumption, or account models.
