Senior Product Designer – Produto & Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering from problem definition to solution delivery.

• Lead the design of critical journeys, including payments, billing, and financial communication.

• Conduct research, interviews, and journey mapping to inform product decisions.

• Design complex flows and ensure consistency of experience across various initiatives.

• Influence decisions that have a direct impact on revenue, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

• Document insights and business rules to expedite development and minimize rework.

• Actively participate in roadmap and product strategy decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Product Design for B2B products, preferably with transactional or financial systems.

• Familiarity with discovery processes, interviews, and journey mapping.

• Ability to navigate complex problems, multiple dependencies, and business rules.

• Proficiency in Figma for designing and specifying complex flows.
