Senior Product Designer – Product & Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams from the initial problem definition to the final solution delivery.

• Spearhead the design of essential user journeys, including payments, billing, and financial communications.

• Perform research, conduct interviews, and create journey maps to guide product decisions.

• Develop intricate flows while ensuring a cohesive experience across various initiatives.

• Shape decisions that have a direct influence on revenue, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Record insights and business rules to expedite development processes and minimize rework.

• Engage actively in discussions regarding roadmap and product strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Design for B2B products, ideally within transactional or financial systems.

• Background in conducting discovery sessions, interviews, and journey mapping.

• Capability to tackle complex problems, manage multiple dependencies, and understand business rules.

• Proficient in using Figma for designing and detailing complex flows.
