Senior Product Designer – Global Insights, Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product design lifecycle, encompassing user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.

• Convert user requirements and business objectives into intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing digital experiences.

• Create responsive interfaces and interactions tailored for both web and mobile platforms.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to expedite prototyping, UI implementation, and design iterations.

• Develop functional prototypes and implement UI components or features using AI-driven coding workflows.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to validate concepts and ensure design feasibility.

• Maintain and enhance design systems, reusable components, and interface patterns.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to affirm design choices and discover areas for enhancement.

• Articulate design rationale, present solutions, and integrate feedback throughout the product development process.

• Balance user experience, visual appeal, technical limitations, and product priorities when delivering design solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Product Design or UI/UX Design.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating digital product design, interaction design, and high-quality user experiences across web and/or mobile platforms.

• Proficiency in Figma or comparable design and prototyping tools.

• A solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.

• Experience in user research, usability testing, and iterative design methodologies.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, along with an understanding of frontend development concepts.

• Practical experience utilizing AI-powered tools for coding, rapid prototyping, UI implementation, or frontend development.

• Capability to transform design concepts into functional prototypes or working interfaces through AI-assisted workflows.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.

• Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with distributed, cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or other frontend technologies (preferred).

• Knowledge of AI-assisted development platforms and natural-language-to-code workflows (preferred).

• Experience in translating Figma designs into functional UI components or interactive prototypes (preferred).

• Understanding of motion design, animations, and micro-interactions (preferred).

• Experience in developing and maintaining design systems and reusable frontend components (preferred).

• Familiarity with best practices in responsive design and accessibility standards (preferred).

• Experience with Agile/Scrum product development (preferred).

• Knowledge of product analytics, data-driven design, or A/B testing (preferred).

• Experience in designing SaaS or enterprise-level products (preferred).

• Background in designing dashboards, data visualization interfaces, or AI-powered products (preferred).
