Senior Product Designer, Dil Mil

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Data Gathering, Analysis, and Research: Collect and analyze business data to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Engage with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, producing comprehensive technical documentation for the IT department.

• Presentations and Recommendations: Share findings and recommendations with senior managers and executives, along with written reports that summarize data analysis.

• Implementation Support: Offer guidance and training to facilitate the execution of recommended changes and collect data to evaluate the impact of these changes.

• Collaboration with Development Teams: Collaborate closely with developers to ensure precise implementation of design specifications, providing detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications to support the development process.

• Evaluation and Improvement: Assess and monitor the performance of design solutions using user feedback, analytics, and other data sources.

• Continuously pursue opportunities to refine and enhance the user experience.

• UI/UX Design and Interaction Design: Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes utilizing design tools like Figma.

• Visual Design: Establish and maintain a cohesive visual language and style guide across all product interfaces, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience collaborating with product teams as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products.

• Utilizing both product metrics and UX metrics to inform and guide your decisions.

• Delivery of high-quality Design and Technical documentation.

• Familiarity with User Research Methods, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative approaches.

• Proficiency in conducting User Research Methods such as interviews, usability testing, user surveys, and A/B tests.

• Experience with tools like Figma, JIRA, and Confluence.

• Self-motivated: you excel in taking ownership of initiatives with minimal oversight.
