Senior Product Designer – Design Systems, Rebrand

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the user experience for a specific product area or surface, delivering impactful designs that generate considerable value for both customers and the business.

• Work in close partnership with product and engineering teams on strategy, planning, and implementation.

• Engage directly with customers to grasp their needs, validate design concepts, and shape strategic direction.

• Share expertise and facilitate knowledge transfer to Samsara's internal design team.

• Ensure the timely delivery of all agreed project outcomes, meeting specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product design, focusing on UX/UI for both web and mobile applications.

• Preferably possess direct experience in designing AI or agentic workflow products.

• Demonstrate strong skills in interaction and visual design.

• A portfolio and/or case studies that highlight design expertise and the ability to address user challenges with measurable results are essential for consideration.

• Experience in building or managing design systems at scale; involvement in rebranding or brand evolution is a bonus.

• Proficient in prototyping within real codebases; familiarity with GitHub is essential.

• Proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration.
