Senior Product Designer – Audit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead the complete design process for intricate and unclear audit workflows, from defining the problem to delivering solutions.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape strategies, influence roadmaps, and achieve high-quality, scalable implementations, demonstrating sound product judgment in balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical limitations.

• Execute design initiatives with minimal guidance, effectively navigating a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

• Convert customer requirements, research findings, and business objectives into well-defined user journeys, interaction models, and refined user interfaces.

• Balance the need for speed and iterations with usability, consistency, and long-term product excellence.

• Champion user advocacy while considering technical, regulatory, and business constraints.

• Oversee a significant product area or customer journey, foreseeing downstream effects across workflows and user personas.

• Establish a high standard for craftsmanship and influence by contributing to the design system, mentoring colleagues, and serving as a trusted and confident design advocate.
