Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Convert intricate business objectives and client needs into visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly designs that enhance productivity.

• Support the development and upkeep of a coherent design strategy that guides the user interface and ensures consistency across all product experiences.

• Champion user-centered design principles, harmonizing user needs with business goals.

• Guarantee that all design outputs fulfill user specifications, technical limitations, and business objectives, while also ensuring scalability and adaptability across various devices and platforms.

• Present ideas confidently and communicate concepts effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Conduct user interviews to gather feedback on current product designs and new ideas.

• Create and refine working prototypes for new product features, areas, and enhancements.

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to develop cohesive and efficient workflows that incorporate design thinking early in the product development process.

• Clearly articulate design choices and strategies to senior leadership, key stakeholders, and users, explaining the reasoning behind design decisions confidently and effectively.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance design systems, style guides, and UI components that are scalable, adaptable, and uniform across all product offerings.

• Keep abreast of the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to ensure the company leads in UI/UX innovation.

• Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion while adhering to deadlines.

• Collaborate with fellow team members and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer in B2B SaaS environments.

• Strong creative and conceptual abilities.

• Proficient in user experience design.

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in creative operations, particularly those with project management experience in Project Management, Digital Asset Management, Online Proofing, or Creative Automation products.

• Highly skilled in all facets of Figma.

• Demonstrated experience with AI prototyping tools such as v0, Lovable, Figma Make, etc.
