Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Define the strategy for product design. You will bridge the gap between business requirements, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

• Collaborate with fellow designers, product managers, and engineers. Utilize AI throughout the entire process, from conducting research to prototyping and iterating, rather than just producing initial drafts.

• Transform concepts into tangible items that can elicit responses: wireframes, diagrams, task flows, and functional prototypes. Create what is necessary to achieve alignment and foster improved thinking.

• Engage directly with customers and partners to validate the effectiveness of your designs.

• Contribute to enhancing our design tools, processes, and standards for the benefit of the entire team, not just your specific project.

• Participate in customer research from the outset, while the strategy and direction are still taking form, rather than waiting until later stages.

• Collaborate with engineering and business leaders to guarantee that the final product matches the quality envisioned in Figma or your prototypes.

• Overcome team silos when a challenge necessitates insights from multiple groups to resolve.

• Strong, real-world experience in design with a solid foundation in human-centered design principles.

• Ability to navigate various levels of fidelity. Whether creating rough wireframes, polished mockups, or technical diagrams, you adapt to the needs of the moment.

• You integrate AI throughout your workflow—research, prototyping, iteration—and importantly, you can discern when its output is inaccurate, rather than just when it is expedient.

• Practical experience with customer research methodologies.

• Capable of simplifying complex concepts for both designers and non-designers alike.
