Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete design process for innovative AI features, spanning from concept and research to prototyping and final user interface.

• Develop low-fidelity wireframes and transform them into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.

• Create rapid prototypes, minimum viable products (MVPs), and proofs of concept to test and validate ideas.

• Refine designs based on feedback and evolving requirements.

• Manage and enhance the Figma design system.

• Ensure that designs are responsive and adaptable across various devices.

• Carry out user interviews and surveys to gain insight into user needs and challenges.

• Provide design reviews for development teams.

• Contribute to design documentation, playbooks, and established best practices.

• Analyze competitors and market trends to guide the strategic development of AI Agents and UCaaS features.

• Collaborate effectively with developers, Tech Leads, and Engineering Managers.

• Lead initiatives from value analysis and discovery to post-release validation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in Product Design, ideally within SaaS enterprises.

• Proficient in UI design with a keen eye for visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, color, and interaction details.

• A high-quality portfolio showcasing successful UI/UX projects.

• Capability to incorporate qualitative and quantitative user research into the design workflow.

• Experience in developing, maintaining, and scaling design systems using Figma.

• Proficient in creating low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, rapid prototypes, and MVPs.

• Experience conducting user interviews and surveys, and validating hypotheses prior to development.

• Ability to independently manage tasks from value analysis and discovery through post-release validation.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Capacity to build trusted relationships with developers, Tech Leads, and Engineering Managers.

• Daily experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar technologies.

• Openness to experimenting with new AI tools and workflows.

• Experience in designing conversational AI interfaces, copilots, or emerging AI-driven UX patterns is a plus.

• Experience in facilitating design workshops or presentations for stakeholders is an advantage.
