Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop AI-driven enterprise workflows tailored for healthcare operations

• Design dashboards and operational intelligence systems utilized daily by hospital leadership

• Convert complex clinical and operational datasets into user-friendly, decision-ready interfaces

• Create UX patterns for insights generated by AI, including recommendations and alerts for protocol deviations

• Establish human-in-the-loop validation and auditing processes for healthcare organizations

• Collaborate closely with engineers to create systems that are technically scalable

• Impact how organizations assess physician behavior, adherence to protocols, and operational effectiveness

• Contribute to the development of the company’s design system and AI interaction frameworks

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product design or UX design

• A portfolio demonstrating outstanding product thinking and the rationale behind your decisions

• Experience in designing intricate B2B or workflow-intensive products

• Healthcare experience is advantageous but not mandatory

• Proficiency in both Portuguese and English

• Strong systems thinking and information architecture capabilities

• High level of ownership and efficiency

• Proficient in Figma and contemporary design workflows

• Ability to distill complex workflows into immediately comprehensible interfaces
