Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide effective solutions that span across various states, lifecycle stages, and product personas, with minimal need for adjustments.

• Utilize the Design System by understanding, adhering to, and defining interaction and architecture patterns to guarantee consistency and quality.

• Comprehend the fundamentals of constructing user interfaces through code.

• Shape the business vision for multiple products within the tribe.

• Lead the process of discovering the customer journey.

• Employ a range of research methods, analyze data, and convert findings into hypothesis testing.

• Regularly engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the process.

• Affect decision-making processes and establish success metrics.

• Initiate self-directed projects that influence KPIs in alignment with company goals and strategies.

• Collaborate with both the direct team and cross-functional units.

• Participate in making technical decisions, designing solutions, and fostering the technical development of junior team members.

• Leverage Claude and Gemini to enhance, organize, and scale Content Chat / Conversational Design flows.

• Create, evaluate, and improve advanced prompts for conversational flows.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience contributing to multiple launched projects and tracking their performance in the real market.

• Capability to tackle challenges with an open or loosely defined scope.

• Collaborative engagement with the direct team and cross-functional teams.

• Independence in making decisions regarding solution specifics without oversight.

• Input in the team’s technical decision-making process.

• Involvement in the solution development process.

• Support the technical advancement of junior team members.

• Skill in facilitating collaborative interactions and adapting to varying circumstances.

• Proficient communication, active listening, and information synthesis skills.

• Ability to articulate the rationale for design decisions to leadership, peers, and stakeholders.

• Management and coordination of stakeholder relationships.

• Familiarity with or capability to utilize Generative AI tools, particularly Claude and Gemini.

• Proficient in developing, testing, and refining advanced prompts for conversational flows.
