Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete design process for significant product initiatives.

• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to establish objectives and success metrics.

• Perform user research and testing to identify pain points and validate solutions.

• Produce high-quality designs that are in line with business objectives and design systems.

• Focus on MVPs (minimum viable products): deliver the simplest solution that provides the most value to the largest number of users, while minimizing scope creep.

• Define and enhance design patterns, contributing to the advancement of our design system.

• Champion user-centered design throughout the organization.

• Guide mid-level designers to improve their design capabilities.

• Utilize AI tools to expedite the design process without compromising quality or user-centered judgment.

• Collaborate on design strategies for various products and features.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in product design with a robust portfolio of intricate design work.

• Proficiency in design systems, user research, and interaction design.

• Skilled in tools such as Figma and other prototyping tools.

• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude and Gemini to efficiently navigate research, ideation, prototyping, and documentation.

• Capability to facilitate workshops and sessions for stakeholder alignment.

• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
