Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Create user-focused experiences that empower individuals to achieve meaningful and sustainable improvements in their health.

• Tackle 0 to 1 challenges by transforming ambiguous areas into well-defined concepts, prototypes, and finalized experiences.

• Identify and articulate the appropriate problems to address, uncovering opportunities within the member and care team interactions.

• Lead the design process from inception to completion, including validation, prototyping, and final implementation in rapid, iterative cycles.

• Utilize rapid prototyping techniques to brainstorm ideas, validate hypotheses, and bring concepts to life for the team.

• Produce consumer-quality experiences for mobile platforms (iOS and Android), demonstrating strong visual design, interaction design, and systems thinking.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, clinical, and research teams to develop strategies and facilitate cohesive decision-making.

• Convert business strategies, user requirements, and clinical insights into engaging product opportunities and solutions.

• Contribute to and enhance design systems, methodologies, and team practices.

• Design and implement human-centered AI experiences.

• Incorporate AI tools into your design workflow to brainstorm ideas, prototype, synthesize research, generate concepts, or expedite design production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in addressing complex challenges through product design, including experiences with 0 to 1 or early-stage products where you played a role in defining new products or experiences from scratch.

• Proven experience in designing for health, wellness, behavioral change, or other intricate human-centric fields.

• A strong dedication to human-centered design, supported by a history of making decisions based on user research and genuine human needs.

• Background in designing and launching high-quality digital products on mobile devices (iOS and Android).

• Solid product thinking skills, with the ability to clarify ambiguous challenges, identify opportunities, and influence product direction.

• Exceptional craftsmanship in interaction and visual design, with keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• A proactive approach to creation, employing prototyping to explore ideas, validate hypotheses, and guide decisions.

• Experience in working with and contributing to design systems.

• Background in designing AI-driven products.

• Familiarity with utilizing AI tools as part of your design process to explore ideas, prototype, and develop, including tools such as Figma Make, Claude Code, Cursor, or Lovable.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capability to influence decisions across teams.
