Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete design process for intricate features and products, spanning from research and ideation to prototyping and final implementation.

• Perform user research and usability testing to guide design decisions and validate solutions.

• Develop wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively convey design concepts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee design feasibility and uphold consistency across various platforms.

• Champion user-centered design principles and play a role in the advancement of our design system.

• Remain updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance our design processes.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned or as necessary to achieve the objectives of the role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a similar field.

• A robust portfolio illustrating end-to-end product design projects and problem-solving capabilities.

• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Proven experience in agile environments and collaboration with product and engineering teams.

• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

• Experience in the real estate industry and knowledge of designing transaction platforms is highly advantageous.

• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS).

• Awareness of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

• Ability to steer strategic design decisions and influence product direction.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
