Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume complete responsibility for the entire product design process, collaborating closely with the product team—from ideation and prototype testing to delivering production-ready visual designs.

• Work in tandem with our current product designer to refine our design language and ensure a seamless experience across both sides of the platform.

• Collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to pinpoint high-impact UX opportunities and provide solutions that are both technically feasible and can be implemented swiftly.

• Convert concepts into high-fidelity designs and manage our scalable design system in Figma, ensuring that components are maintained and updated as required.

• Develop clear and engaging UI copy to guide users through the product.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a product designer in a reputable B2B SaaS company or a rapidly growing SaaS startup.

• Demonstrated capability to design intricate, desktop-first B2B web applications from start to finish—covering problem framing to interaction design and handoff, ideally showcased in your portfolio.

• Strong product-oriented mindset: adept at discovering pragmatic "80/20" solutions that balance user value, technical limitations, and business objectives.

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and experience working collaboratively with other designers in shared workspaces, including component libraries and design systems.

• Self-motivated, outcome-focused, capable of working independently while effectively communicating trade-offs and constraints.

• Native proficiency in German with fluent English skills.
