Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive product pages, workflows, and feature sections from initial concepts to refined execution.

• Collaborate closely with a Product Manager to grasp objectives, requirements, and limitations, translating them into impactful design solutions.

• Enhance the design system by thoughtfully applying existing patterns and aiding in the improvement of consistency and quality.

• Engage in product discovery and user research to comprehend user needs and validate design choices.

• Refine designs based on feedback, data, and usability insights.

• Clearly articulate design rationale to cross-functional teams.

• Consistently deliver work on schedule, addressing questions or risks proactively.

• Independently handle designs while closely collaborating with your manager and colleagues to ensure alignment and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Designer focused on digital products.

• Demonstrate strong visual and interaction design capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.

• Take pleasure in being hands-on and executing the work.

• Be comfortable managing significant design projects from inception to completion.

• Ability to integrate feedback and context to enhance design results.

• Comfortable operating within established systems and constraints.

• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams.

• Exhibit curiosity, thoughtfulness, and a drive to continually develop your skills.

• Take accountability seriously and follow through on commitments.

• Experience in complex products or fast-paced environments is advantageous, but a strong foundation in fundamentals, judgment, and collaborative approach is most crucial.
