Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Become a part of the Customers and Value Tribe, crafting digital experiences that simplify the complexities faced by legal professionals in their daily tasks.

• Oversee the entire design process, from discovery to handoff, while providing technical guidance in daily decision-making.

• Create lawyer-centric flows and interfaces aimed at enhancing perceived value, minimizing friction, and generating conversion and revenue opportunities.

• Develop low- and high-fidelity prototypes, leading cycles of hypothesis formulation, testing, learning, and iteration.

• Leverage AI, particularly Claude Design, to investigate alternatives, produce layout and copy variations, assess benchmarks, and organize insights.

• Design AI-driven experiences that are integrated into Astrea, ensuring user autonomy and control are maintained.

• Ethically and transparently apply principles of behavioral psychology.

• Establish and monitor success metrics, such as activation and conversion, ensuring accurate instrumentation and analysis of outcomes.

• Perform usability testing along with quantitative and qualitative validation.

• Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams, ensuring seamless handoffs.

• Document decisions, tested variations, and insights, contributing to the knowledge repository and the advancement of the Design System.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related discipline.

• Significant experience as a Product Designer working with intricate digital products.

• Practical expertise with AI tools utilized in design.

• Hands-on experience with Claude Design is essential.

• Strong foundation in UX/UI, information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping.

• Experience in conducting research and validation with users.

• A strategic approach to product development, linking user experience, business goals, and metrics.

• Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas, advocating for decisions, and collaborating with diverse teams.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Proficient with Jira, Notion, Lovable, and Replit.

• Preferred: experience in designing AI-powered products or features.

• Preferred: background in B2B or SaaS products.

• Preferred: understanding of the legal market or the workflows of independent professionals.
