Product Designer, AI-Native, B2B

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product challenges from start to finish: collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify issues, determine necessary features, explore alternatives, validate solutions, and implement enhancements that positively impact key metrics.

• Collaborate on client-facing products, internal tools, sales enablement, and customer experience based on established priorities.

• Leverage AI to clarify hypotheses, identify risks and edge cases, and produce concise PRDs or decision documents.

• Conduct research involving sales managers, customer success managers, and internal users; perform quick tests and adjust strategies based on insights.

• Develop and refine product workflows using Claude Code, Cursor, or other similar AI tools.

• Transform validated ideas into production-ready UI designs that encompass all states and adhere to the design system.

• Occasionally implement minor UI fixes in production in partnership with engineers.

• Engage in portfolio-based technical interviews, complete a test task, and participate in a product manager interview.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years experience as a product designer focusing on complex B2B products with intricate, data-rich interfaces, including tables, filters, reporting, and multi-role workflows.

• A portfolio that showcases product thinking, interaction design, and craftsmanship.

• Experience in building or prototyping multiple products using AI tools.

• A proactive approach to developing domain and technical knowledge, quickly adapting to new challenges.

• Proficiency in using Claude Code or similar tools; capable of working within an existing codebase and getting a prototype operational without waiting for engineering support.

• Strong UI skills; mockups should be organized, visually balanced, and centered on user value.

• Must be located anywhere in Ukraine.

• Proficiency in English at a B2+ (upper-intermediate) level or higher.

• Nice to have: experience in ad tech, media, or analytics/reporting products.

• Nice to have: a public GitHub profile or completed side projects.

• Nice to have: experience in data visualization.

• Nice to have: an interest in developing product management and engineering skills alongside design.
