Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete design process for significant projects within both UK and international settings, as well as global post-purchase experiences on app and web platforms.

• Guide initiatives from initial discovery to delivery and ongoing iterations to meet both customer and business objectives.

• Take ownership of intricate workflows and undefined problem areas, establishing problem statements, success metrics, and design strategies.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to make informed decisions and create intuitive, high-quality user experiences.

• Strike a balance between speed and quality while enhancing a unified product experience.

• Leverage research, data, and experimentation to inform decision-making and enhance outcomes.

• Contribute to design systems and methodologies to promote consistency and scalability.

• Facilitate alignment and decision-making across different teams.

• Mentor and support fellow designers.

• Collaborate with design leadership, design research, and content design to achieve a comprehensive product vision and delivery.

• Experience utilizing research, experimentation, and analytics to inform decision-making.

• Capability to influence team direction and enhance operational processes.

• A growth-oriented mindset and adaptability; proficient in using modern tools, including AI.

• Proficiency in contemporary design and collaboration tools such as Figma, G Suite, and Notion.

• 5+ years of experience in product design or equivalent practical expertise.
